Exciting opportunity for a senior leader living and working in Detroit who wants to be hands-on with statistical analysis as well as lead a team. Use your Automotive and marketing marketing analytics experience in demand planning and pricing and promotions to influence your clients' advertising budgets. Must be able to travel up to 40-50%.

Responsibilities of the (Sr.) Director - Marketing Analytics:

-Provide statistical analysis to clients within the automotive industry. Projects will include market sizing, price studies, promotional analysis and much more.
-Evaluate and analyze the automotive marketplace to identify risks and opportunities for clients.
-Present team members and clients with statistical analysis supporting decisions related to sales, pricing, and marketing strategy.
-Proactively assist in determining client needs and help develop new analytical solutions to satisfy those needs.
-Develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications of the (Sr.) Director - Marketing Analytics:
-You live and work in Detroit.
-Ability to travel 40-50%.
-Minimum bachelor degree in quantitative field: Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science etc. required. Masters / MBA highly desirable.
-10 plus years of relevant business based experience in a marketing analytics environment.
-5 or more years of experience in a leadership capacity managing direct reports.
-Experience in SAS, SPSS or similar statistical software package a plus.
-Knowledge of and interest in the automotive industry. Experience with consumer products or in management consulting also preferred.
-Outstanding communication skills.
-Outstanding analytical/problem solving and data analysis skills.
-Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
-Proven record of developing new business.
