Administrative Assistant - Private Equity

A private equity firm is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to take complete ownership of the office operations. The firm has been in business for roughly 20 years now and their office has around 20 employees. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running as appropriate experience with office management, travel, and expense reporting are a must. This position will also offer someone the opportunity to assist with some marketing (primarily social media) where there will be room for growth. The firm is looking for resumes immediately. Responsibilities:
"Support all associates
"Manage calendars and assist with booking meetings
"Expense reporting
"Assist with travel arrangements and setting itineraries
"Assist with marketing via social media and their website
"Provide general office support
"Answering phones

Requirements:
"Bachelor's degree
"2+ years of relevant experience (open on industry)
"Proficiency in MS Office programs
"Ability to work in a fast paced environment
"High attention to detail
"Strong communication skills
