Manager of Analytics Position Summary:

The Manager of Analytics will be responsible for building statistical models (Regression, decision tree, time series and more) as well as programming and maintaining SAS code
Candidate must have a background in both Business Analytics and Statistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following : statistical acumen, extensive programming experience and excellent communication skills.

Manager of Analytics Duties and Responsibilities:

-Define business requirements for model development and marketing campaigns
-Excellent communication skills to provide analytical findings and actionable insights to senior level executives
-Improve business results, improve sales and improve customer lifetime value through data mining and statistical analysis.
-Build and manage statistical models

Manager of Analytics Minimum Qualifications:

-Masters' Degree required in Quant Field
-2 or more years of experience building models
-Experience with data mining, test design and predictive modeling
-2 or more years of experience in SAS required
-Additional experience in R or Python is preferred.
-Database knowledge
-2 or more years of experience querying with SQL
-Ability to communicate results to non-technical stakeholders

Manager of Analytics Requirements and General Skills:

-Knowledge of data analysis techniques, targeting, segmentation, predictive modeling,
-Experience using time series analysis, regression, discrete choice modeling and data mining to analyze large datasets
-Experience analyzing marketing campaigns that involve segmentation and A/B Testing
-Identify changes in consumer behavior through statistical analysis
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to pull and code data, using ETL techniques
-Ability to work closely with marketing executives
-Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
-Superb time management skills
