Analytics Manager Responsibilities:

-Responsible for execution and optimization plans
-Drive execution and maintenance of direct mail marketing campaign based on advanced analytics from the business and customer analytics team
-Lead the automation and integration of advanced analytics into current business
-Improve KPIs of most profitable opportunities
-Develop to ensure optimization plans are completed
-Work with various marketing, strategy and finance teams to understand our operations and drive efficiency with our customers
-Coordinate with other business teams in the company to measure the impact of executed optimization strategies
-Provide thought leadership in the area of marketing optimization
-Retrieve and aggregate data from various sources
-Mine data, analyze it and translate it
-Oversee analysis completed by the team to ensure accuracy
-Presents results, strategies and recommendations to senior level stakeholders in the company to drive decisions and change
-Deliver insights to marketing and other departments from data analysis and data mining
-Increase efficiency and effectiveness of our Marketing and business operations
Analytics Manager Experience & Personal Qualities:
-Drive ROI strategy, using data and advanced analytical techniques
-Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
-Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
-Excellent managerial and leadership skills
-Ability to present and influence stakeholders of both non-technical and technical audiences
-Strong knowledge of statistics, including ROI
-Strong ability to influence stakeholders
-Ability to hold yourself accountable for the team's work as well as provide a high degree of integrity

Analytics Manager Education:

-Masters Degree in a Quantitative Discipline required

Analytics Manager Required Knowledge:

-Direct marketing and A/B Testing experience preferred
-Strong background in SAS, SQL, predictive modeling and data mining
-CRM solutions experience is required
-Experience with regression, clustering and decision tree modeling techniques
-Experience working with both structured and unstructured data sets
-Experience with targeting platforms, testing and personalization
Analytics Manager Experience Required:
-10 or more years of experience in business optimization and marketing optimization
-5 or more years of managerial experience
-Retail experience is a strong plus
