Customer Service Representative
A consumer product good company is looking hire a Custom Service Representative to join their call center team located at their main headquarters. The company has been around for a number of years now (roughly 50) and they have recently experienced a massive growth spurt. The position does not fit the category of being a typical customer service role as most of the calls are scheduling appointments and dealing with minor customer inquiries. The company culture is very laid back and they strongly promote internal growth as they like to reward hard work.
