Seeking an individual with a passion for bringing data to life and robust digital targeting. The Manager Digital Audience Analytics role will help guide our CRM strategy and provide leadership in the management and usage of our Data Management Platform (DMP). Be on the cutting edge of consumer identification to extend compelling experiences seamlessly across devices. Be able to create reporting templates and communicate complex findings in simple and engaging ways. Help craft tests and testing methodology to optimize learnings and performance of digital channels. Responsibilities:

-Establish/maintain a schema to keep hierarchical organization of marketing data signals, traits, and segments organized and actionable. Digital data is continuously fed into our data management platform
-Create audience segments to support targeted marketing campaigns. Utilizing the data within the DMP combine traits into macro- segments to create audiences for targeting on site and web
-Deploy marketing segments to destinations for display, paid search, or site targeting. Deploy marketing segments to destinations for display, paid search, or site targeting
-Interface with digital agency partners to deliver requests, convey analytic approach, prioritize projects, and set clear expectations across teams
-Communicate deliverable feedback to analytics and media agency
-Help drive analytics strategy with media tests
-Continue to develop new data integrations into DMP and marketing ecosystem. Add additional marketing sources into data arsenal to enhance audience creation capabilities

Requirements:

-Data Management Platform (DMP) or Marketing Cloud experience: Oracle BlueKai, Exelate, Neustar, Krux
-5+ years of Digital Marketing experience
-Adobe Audience Manager, site or display targeting
-Experience with tools under Adobe Site Catalyst, Adobe Target, or Marketing Cloud
-Experience with Digital marketing channels: SEM, Display, UX/UI
-Excel, PowerPoint
-Agency experience preferred
-10% travel is required
-4 year college degree
-Military education or experience may be considered in lieu or requirements above
