Title: Director, Communications
The Director, Communications is responsible for managing strategic corporate and external communications programs. This role is responsible for developing strategies to support reputation management goals, thought leadership content, news releases, presentations and other content in support of enterprise wide communications projects.
We need someone who has a passion for writing well-crafted content and can proactively recognize marketplace trends. You will drive the integration of traditional public relations and digital media tactics. To be successful, you must have a collaborative spirit and the ability to adeptly tailor a message for your target audience.
Qualifications of the Director, Communications:
Bachelors degree in Communications, English or a related field
Over 10 years of communications experience
Expertise in crisis communications
Superior writing skills, editorial and presentation skills
Experience managing project teams and outside agency relationships
Expertise with monitoring and measurement tools
Experience using social media and social media content strategy
