Our client is seeking a proven Director, Online Marketing to be responsible for directing a team of marketing managers tasked with optimizing our client's display and affiliate advertising programs.

Responsibilities of the Director, Online Marketing:

P&L Management and forecasting revenue goals
Expertise in ad servers, DSPs & UIs, Google & YouTube, Tag Management, Affiliate platforms
Optimize Performance Display strategies
Proficient in Campaign Management with a keen eye for ROI
Manage a team of marketing managers
Familiarity with marketing analytics, attribution, algorithmic models
Customer segmentation and profiling
Optimize affiliate program, facilitate relationship management, identify new partner opportunities

Required Skills of the Director, Online Marketing:

8 plus years of digital agency or client side experience
College degree required, advanced degree is a plus
Expertise in display channel
Ecommerce, direct response, campaign management experience
Management experience leading high performing teams
Ability to derive insights from complex data sources
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management from across the organization
Knowledge of analytics packages such as Google Analytics
Exceptional negotiation skills
Collaborative personality
Ability to multitask, and the desire to work in a dynamic environment
