Globally respected Financial Services organization seeks a Director of Financial Optimization and Analytics to lead a team and business groups in the implementation of optimization solutions within the financial services industry. The Director of Financial Optimization and Analytics will assist with building decision models, and other related risk/scorecard models, as well as further developing analytical processes and optimization tools. The individual will be expected to lead a team and work with various business units as well as being hands on with the analytical work. The Director of Optimization will also directly interact and consult to clients in the financial services industry on decision modeling and optimization initiatives.

Requirements for Director of Optimization:
- Masters Degree in a Quantitative Discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research etc) Ph.D. Highly preferred
- (8) eight or more years of strong statistical/decision/quant model development expertise
- (4) four or more years of experience within optimization solution development or experience building optimization models in the financial services industry.
- Experience building optimization models in areas such as collections, credit line increase, scheduling/pricing optimization, revenue optimization
- People management expertise
- Excellent communication in order to interact with team/sr. management and clients
- Excellent with Microsoft Office, SAS, SQL, R, Python/C and any other programming languages
- Experience with optimization software like: CPLEX, Gurobi, Xpress or platforms such as GAMS, AMPL, AIMMS
