Well known company in the hospitality space is seeking a Manager, Online Analytics to optimize the company's digital platform in order to better understand and serve customers. Use your deep statistics experience in this digital marketing analytics role to provide insights and recommendations on website enhancements.

--Develop and roll out A/B test plans to optimize digital platforms.
--Provide marketing campaign results. Validate data for reporting purposes.
--Work with internal teams to improve personalization initiatives.
--Provide site tagging.
--Create reports and dashboards to support decision making.
--Produce ROI and other analyses.
--Develop deeper understanding of customers and work to continuously optimize the user experience.

--Minimum bachelor degree in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science or other). Master degree preferred.
--Minimum 3 years of experience using Adobe Analytics in a business setting.
--Significant experience in a digital analytics role doing A/B test design and tagging implementation.
--Solid communication skills and ability to influence others.
