Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:

-Collects data to measure and analyze ROI on email and direct mail campaigns
-Develop, manage and use new tools for marketing measurement
-Perform campaign analysis to understand ROI and lift
-Integrate Design of Experiment (DOE)
-Perform and manage analyses including; data pulling, data processing and analysis
-Align on analysis objectives and KPIs
-Integrate statistical and data-mining techniques to provide insights
-Generate reports and scoring codes for analysis
-Support the building of analytical models
-Review, analyze and quantitative analysis executives in the marketing division

Marketing Analyst Experience & Personal Qualities:

-Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
-Must have a positive attitude and great energy
-Ability to work independently
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Strong ability to influence senior level stakeholders
-Experience analyzing lift in marketing campaigns
-Ability to apply statistical concepts to ROI analysis
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Experience in retail is preferred, but not required
-Project Management experience preferred

Marketing Analyst Education/Certification:

-Masters in a Quant Field preferred

Marketing Analyst Required Knowledge:

-High level of proficiency with SAS, SQL and other statistical software packages
-Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools preferred
-Knowledge of statistical techniques, data mining, experimental design and marketing measurement
-Experience building analytical presentations

Marketing Analyst Experience Required:

-5-8 years of experience in in marketing and business analytics
