In this hands-on position you will develop analytical projects to create customer loyalty, build predictive models for effective target marketing, create a story with the data, and provide strategic guidance to deliver business solutions to clients. Candidates must have post-graduate business experience doing marketing analytics.
Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing Analytics:
-Mine large amounts of transactional data to solve challenging marketing problems.
-Use statistical methods to design marketing campaigns that maximize ROI and add value.
-Perform statistical analysis and develop recommendations as well as actionable insights related to customer acquisition and retention.
-Execute analytical capabilities, deliver presentations, and work with staff, business units, and leadership to implement strategy.
Qualifications of the Director of Marketing Analytics:
-Bachelors/Master's degree in Statistics, Math, Economics or other quantitative field.
-Minimum 3 or more years of post-graduate business experience doing market mix modeling, customer segmentation, marketing campaigns, predictive analytics and other statistical techniques.
-Experience developing and analyzing experiments to measure the impact of marketing campaigns in a business setting.
-Experience using SAS/SQL, R, Python in a business setting.
-Retail, CPG, or consulting experience preferred.
