Title: Marketing Manager - On Premise
Our client, a premium CPG brand, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their high-performing team! You will be responsible for the creation and execution of the annual marketing plan to accelerate brand development and sales of the company's products. Your primary focus will be developing and implementing marketing initiatives which will drive company sales through B2B customers.
Key accountabilities include strategic on premise planning and execution, brand development and activation, national account marketing planning and execution, consumer and trade programming and promotional development, distribution strategy, new product and business development, visual merchandising, brand partnerships, development of sales/customer presentations, point of sale and signage, market and business analysis and budget management. You will be responsible for product management of products sold in on premise channels while coordinating with global team.
Required skills and attributes:
"10 years total marketing experience working on premium/high end brands in premium on-premise channels (4 star hotels and fine dining)
"4 year college degree (Business or Marketing major preferred)
"MBA is a plus
"Excellent project management skills required
"People management experience
