The Partnerships Marketing Manager, a critical member of the marketing team, plays a key role developing and implementing the marketing strategy for strategic referral and affiliate partners. This position will serve as the lead point of contact for all existing referral partners and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key partners. You will develop marketing plans to drive results through partners; partner channels may include: direct mail, tailored emails, social media, webinars, in-person presentations, promotional flyers etc.

Responsibilities of the Partnerships Marketing Manager:
"Lead point of contact for existing referral partners
"Drive engagement and results through well cultivated partnership relationships
"Design and implement partner marketing plans in collaboration with business development and executive teams
"Creatively and innovatively identify pathways to connect with partner members
"Analyze effectiveness of marketing activities, and adjust future strategies accordingly
"Drive new partner development and facilitate smooth onboarding of new partners
"Ensure quality and consistency of all marketing materials
"Encourage existing partners to promote the organization's other product lines to their cohorts
"Act in accordance with appropriate compliance policies and internal/operational risk controls


Required skills of the Partnerships Marketing Manager:

*Bachelors degree in Marketing, or a related field
*8+ years relevant experience
*Strong relationship building skills, collaborative personality required
*Accomplished background in partner marketing strategies
*Strong communication skills - Ability to learn quickly and speak with confidence with management and external partners
*Excellent writing skills and ability to create and edit creative copy
*Strong multi channel experience such as digital, print, and educational presentations
*Strong organization and time management skills for effective project planning and management
*Ability to navigate within a highly regulated environment and adhere to compliance policies
