Title: Vice President, User Experience
Location: New York City, NY
Our client is seeking a digital customer experience expert to drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have in depth knowledge of current and emerging digital platforms and the ability to proactively drive transformation. This role crafts and guides digital systems and platforms used for delivery of communications and marketing efforts across the organization. In addition, the role will manage the intranet and collaborate with business partners across the organization to facilitate optimal platform construct and content delivery.
Vice President, User Experience Responsibilities:
*Direct business strategy of external website and intranet to improve overall customer experience
*Craft and optimize website initiatives
*Leverage marketing analytics data to provide actionable insights and make recommendations to improve customer experience and and establish new methods of reaching the customer
*Manage digital project management, content publishing, intranet portal and multi-media efforts.
Vice President, User Experience Qualifications:
At least 7 years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated experience managing large scale digital projects
Expertise with management of usability studies
Experience using email marketing tools and CanSpam requirements.
Prior experience managing both internal and external websites designed for prospecting new customers
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with IT and translate business requirements into technology requirements.
Strong leadership skills
Proficiency with web analytic tools, such as Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics.
Grit and determination to overcome challenges, enjoys working in small teams to do what is necessary to
