A Fortune 500 financial services instutution is searching for a new Voice of Customer Research Director to join their team.
- Be the subject matter expert to all Customer Experience and measurement teams
- Increase business effectiveness by collaberating on design, measurement framework, analysis and socialization of customer insights.
- Manage CEM suppliers (typically text analytics,speech analytics, syndicated suppliers, amongst others)
- Be this functions main supporter, in creating business cases that drive action through the effective use of customer insights
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
- Minimum 7 years customer experience/VOC research experience
- Ability to leverage a CEM platform
- Experience with loyalty metrics required, NPS certification preferred
- Experience using multiple data sources
- Financial services expertise preferred (not required)
