Web Analytics Manager Responsibilities:
-Create, design and automate dashboards and reports as well as KPI's at all levels and provide executive summaries
-Analyze web traffic and site behavior using Omniture and clickstream data for customer and business insights to support business decisions and deliver on improved customer site experience or business growth (sales, margin, traffic and conversion).
-Maintain and support Omniture data integrity/validation. Coordinate tagging for new site content and functionality, tracking parameter implementations. Be able to identify gaps in the current data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements.
-Partner internally and externally to ensure best practices in metrics and decision making are being maintained. Proactive in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the website.

Web Analytics Manager Requirements:
-5 or more years of experience with Omniture Analytic
-5 or more years of experience working in web analytics in an eCommerce setting
-Experience managing small teams of analysts
-Strong data analysis and analytical skills
-Ability to manipulate, manage and analyze very large data sets.
-Great ability to turn data analysis into actionable insights and recommendations and present those findings to executive leadership
-Experience with clickstream data and SQL required
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Masters in Quant Field preferred
