The Lead Quantitative Risk Analyst will be responsible to support and establish the Banks tolerance for risk through the development of risk appetite statements and quantitative analysis. The Lead Quantitative Risk Analyst will maintain the risk appetite framework, help to develop the key risk indicator framework, perform quantitative analysis and oversee the production of monthly analytical reports. The incumbent will present the findings to senior management. Other duties of the position may include large scale data analysis, model development/validations, and providing direction/mentorship to more junior level team members.

Requirements for the Lead Quantitative Risk Analyst Include:
- Masters Degree in a Quantitative Discipline (statistics, mathematics, economics, physics, etc) PhD preferred
- Six (6) or more years of professional business based experience in credit and risk analytics
- Strong hands on experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, SAS, SQL and R
- Prior Enterprise Risk Management in establishing/exercising controls surrounding risk measurement, risk appetite and risk limits
- Excellent Communication skills in English
- CFA/FRM designations a big plus!!
