Prominent consulting firm in the survey research and analytics space is seeking a Manager, Marketing Analytics to lead analytical consulting engagements and manage a team of quantitative marketers. Use your background in statistical modeling and advanced analytics in a marketing analytics setting to deliver impactful solutions to clients.

Responsibilities of the Manager, Marketing Analytics
-Lead client engagements by heading up a quantitative marketing team that will measure customer behavior and customer satisfaction using advanced modeling techniques such as structural equation and multilinear regression.
-Create business insights and develop analytically derived solutions for external clients.
-Perform predictive modeling and analysis as needed.
-Present strategies and solutions to clients that will improve key performance indicators.
-Leverage expertise in measuring survey results to understand customer behaviors and sentiments.
-Mentor team using your experience in loyalty marketing analytics.
-Drive new business engagements by effectively selling analytical solutions to clients.

Qualifications of the Manager, Marketing Analytics
-Minimum 6 years of business based experience using advanced statistical techniques in a marketing analytics environment to develop customer loyalty programs.
-Expertise working directly with clients in an analytical consulting company to understand customer sentiments and develop solutions to improve customer loyalty.
-Expertise leading significant client engagements from a quantitative perspective.
-Business based experience using statistical packages (SAS, SPSS, R, Python, SQL, Tableau) in a marketing analytics setting.
-Experience using big data modeling techniques. Ability to build machine learning algorithms a plus.
-Experience selling new customer engagements to drive company revenue.
-Proven experience developing the story behind the analysis and presenting solutions to clients.
-Master's degree in a quantitative field (statistics, predictive analytics, mathematics or other)
