My client, a Global Biotech Company, is seeking a "Sr. Manager, Payer Analytics-PHARMA" Professional!
In this role you will be responsible for the payer analytics that supports the brand/business teams.
You will work cross functionally and collaborate with other team members across all therapeutic areas..
Your main responsibilities-
*Provide analytics on contracts and reimbursements which will include both analyzing the primary and secondary analytics that come from managed care organizations, healthcare, IDN's and hospitals.
*lead the payer mix assessment across the brands
*analyze payer trends and how it will alter the business
*review healthcare policies and keep up to date on trends
*will manage vendors and will be the point person to the business
*understand all brands and how the payers will effect the business
Requirements
*BA + 6yrs of pharma/healthcare analytics- advanced degree desired
*3+ yrs. of payer, reimbursement , contract experience
*Exceptional analytical skills, SAS is desired
