Title: AVP & Actuary (ALM Modeling)
Location: Connecticut
Salary: $145,000-$175,000 + Bonus

Actuarial Summary:

Our central focus is on harnessing core actuarial skills to enable innovative and dynamic problem-solving. In this role, your primary duty will be to lead the actuarial asset modeling function and conduct ALM analysis to effectively oversee the business's market risk profile.

Actuarial Qualification and Responsibilities
-Conduct the quarterly asset modeling process to facilitate the calculation of principles-based reserves, quarterly projections, Financial Plan, ALM, cash flow testing, and Economic Capital.
-Analyze, provide explanations for, and attribute changes in asset data and projections from one quarter to the next.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in actuarial, ALM, and/or asset-related fields
-Preferred experience with actuarial software such as MG-ALFA or PolySystems
-Strong technical and coding abilities, with a preference for proficiency in R or Python
