As the Director of Analytics, you will drive a standardized way of diagnosing company's business performance across difference audiences like sales, marketing, customer, finance etc., and lead a cross-functional team to build this product and drive high adoption levels within the organization.

The Director of Analytics will lead this digital transformation at the company by building products that enable business performance across the organization. This role will lead the development of a cutting-edge solutions that aim to automate commercial reporting and insights and standardize business performance across the organization, by driving the overall strategy, being responsible for its operational planning, execution, change management and success. This includes developing a standardized model and protocol for business diagnosis across all stakeholders end-to-end, and identifying common metrics that effectively and holistically capture the business performance across the organization. This starts with developing a deep understanding of the business and the needs of various stakeholders and succinctly aligning them to key common metrics. Subsequently working with the technology teams to build the product and drive adoption through awareness, training, change-management and refinement. Key responsibilities are:

How you will contribute

Director of Analytics You will:

-Develop a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product priorities and enhancements.
-Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with product stakeholders and customers to shape the product strategy and surface and prioritize needs.
-Lead product strategy, planning, and life cycle management efforts.
-Monitor business, market, and technology trends to inform product strategy and proactively propose new solutions.
-Establish product roadmaps and release plans that satisfy requirements and achieve business outcomes.
-Contribute to translating business requirements into actionable product and technical requirements.
-Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and proactively champion product improvements.
-Determine internal and external resources and skills required for the product team to deliver on the product roadmap.
-Guide the product engineering team to scope, plan and deliver work, applying established delivery methodologies (e.g., agile methods) and best practices (e.g., reusability).
-Proactively identify and resolve blockers to achieve business objectives for products, including technical and resourcing challenges.
-Ensure alignment and adherence to corporate, financial and IT standards (e.g., architecture, compliance, security).
-Increase adoption and consumption of product capabilities.
-Define, track, and communicate relevant KPIs to measure performance and contribution to business goals and strategy.
