Job Description

Title: Insights Director
Location: Greater Washington DC Area
Compensation: $160-200k base + bonus

A global pharmaceutical company located in the DC area is on the hunt for a new Insights Director within their Oncology portfolio. We are looking for a minimum of 6 years experience spearheading primary market research within the pharmaceutical sector, within Oncology.

This is a hybrid position, requiring an in office presence multiple days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and communicating actionable insights
- Lead primary research design and execution
- Provide brand and market evaluation
- Identify business needs and lead KPI/brand tracking
- Work with cross functional partners (Analytics, Market Access, etc.)

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years experience in primary market research
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry required
- Bachelor's Degree required
