Associate Director - RWE (Real World Evidence) Programmer

Objective:
Provide statistical programming expertise to HEOR studies for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients. Analysis of retrospective studies within RWE and analytics project support.

Responsibilities:
Programmer for health outcomes studies from study initiation to final reporting.
Provide support for study reports, research protocol, publications, and similar scientific results.
Lead projects and conduct statistical analysis as well as economic modeling.
Assist with clinical materials, outcomes studies, medical writing, etc.
Provide healthcare cost and resource utilization analysis.

Requirements:
Advanced Degree in Public Health, Biostatistics, Health Services/Economics, Epidemiology, or related discipline.
Must have experience working in the pharma/biotech or healthcare industries.
8-10 years or more experience with statistical programming in SAS/R; proficiency in R preferred.
Experience in HEOR, healthcare claims databases and electronic medical records data.
Experience in developing analytical datasets and conducting statistical analysis.
Experience developing outcomes research as well as health economics study protocols.
