Real World Evidence (RWE) & Statistical Leader- VP Level

In this role you will provide strategic technical guidance and leadership to support evidence generation initiatives across various functions in Real World Evidence and Data Analytics. You will establish best practices for analytics related to real world data projects, mentor statisticians, and provide technical strategy to advance the drug portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the RWE analytics strategy based on business value, portfolio needs, and technical capabilities.
Mentor and support a team of highly technical project statisticians.
Utilize innovative approaches in evidence generation, with expertise in real-world applications including observational studies, machine learning, modeling, patient outcomes, meta-analysis, etc.
Lead the design of prospective observational studies and economic modeling for HTA research.
Provide statistical leadership and influence key stakeholders to adopt real-world solutions.

Requirements:
MS/PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field with a strong publication record.
15+ years of pharmaceutical experience in RWE, HEOR, and statistical analysis.
Strong statistical methodology and technical capability strategy.
Proficiency in statistical programming languages (SAS/R) and real-world data analysis.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving, strategic thinking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
