Title-Senior Director/ Director, Commercial Analytics -PHARMA
Location- Greater Boston (relo) or -Hybrid 1x month
Salary- $235-290k (DOE) + bonus + LTI

My client, a Small PHARMA Company with 2 products in market and a good size pipeline, is seeking a "Senior Director, Director- Commercial Analytics & Insights" Professional to join their organization.

This is a FABULOUS and EXCITING opportunity to join a growing PHARMA company-
If you have the following:
*Collaborated with Senior Executive Leadership and led Commercial Analytics Teams
*Currently can jump in using your analytical skills to be hands on if need be-SQL, Python, R, and or SAS
*8+ years of PHARMA Commercial Analytics with at least 2 yrs. in a small life science organization
*An Advanced degree is desired with a proven work history
*A complete understanding and have the experience as to what it takes to work with the entire organization to drive the commercial analytics strategy--a true vision, implementer and strategic innovator
*A Great personality and is a DOER
