Job Description

Director/Sr Director, Biostatistics
Onsite- New York City

Responsibilities:
o Build and lead advanced analytics capabilities to generate insights for clinical trials, study design, and biostatistical strategies.
o Provide input into protocols, develop and review statistical analysis plans, and author/co-author reports, abstracts, and manuscripts.
o Interact and consult with project teams to ascertain clinical needs and to develop statistical solutions.
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate statistical insights into the decision-making process.
o Provide statistical support for research projects and contribute to the development of proprietary models.

Requirements:
o MS/Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or similar field and 10+ years of pharma/biotech experience.
o Proven experience in statistical analysis and experience evaluating clinical trial data.
o Strong programming skills in statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python.
o Familiarity with machine learning techniques is a plus.
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex statistical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
o Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
