Title: Associate Research Director

We are looking for an Associate Research Director with a background in pharmaceutical or medtech primary research. This could be a fit for you if you're interested in growing and maintaining business with the backing of a well known research company. This is a seller-doer position with potential to have a team.

Responsibilities:
- Leading primary research initiatives (across clients)
- Client and business development
- Maintaining and growing new business
- People management (research and project staff)
- Insight development and presenting to clients on research findings

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 6 years experience within primary market research, as a supplier
- Proven history of making revenue goals and building business
- People management ideal
- Experience in pharmaceutical or medtech industry required
