Title: Customer & Market Insights Manager
Location: Chicago Suburbs, hybrid
Compensation: $100-125,000 + bonus

A global insurance company headquartered in Chicagoland is looking for a new Customer Insights Manager on their internal team.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead design and management of customer feedback programs
- Develop and execute qualitative and quantitative research
- Provide story driven reports and presentations
- Provide insights on a variety of business needs including journeys, value proposition, unmet needs, loyalty and more

What makes you qualified:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree + 5 years experience within Market Research
- Experience working within financial services, insurance, or other B2B service oriented industries
- Experience leveraging secondary data to tell insights
- Designing and executing a variety of quantitative and qualitative primary research methods
