In this role you will be responsible for the operational and strategic aspects of clinical data management across the organization, including data governance, data quality, and data strategy.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the management and flow of data throughout its lifecycle and establish proactive mechanisms that ensure trustworthiness of data
Lead a team of data management professionals and allocate resources
Manage data governance strategies and requirements
Build analytical solutions using various big data techniques and tools, documentation of solutions and technical data architecture
Participate in the design, development and maintenance of data warehouses and other repositories
Implement data analytics effectively into business processes
Use project management methodologies to prioritize data quality initiatives that ensure accurate business and scientific outcomes
Develop and deploy data process flows and SOPs that meet regulatory standards for the central

Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters degree in computer information systems, computer science, data science, mathematics or a related field is required
12+ years of clinical data management experience
Previous management experience strongly preferred
Experience with data analytics using programming languages and visualization tools
Understand master data management concepts (MDM), data housing, and integration concepts
Facilitation between business or scientific data and technology implementing data lifecycle process, data quality, and data management best practices
Strong analytical and communication skills
