Job Description

Title- Director, GLOBAL/US Commercial/ Brand Analytics -PHARMA
Salary- $175k-205k(DOE & wiggle room for SUPERSTAR ) + bonus + LTI (relo assistance)
Location- Greater Philadelphia (hybrid 3x week in office)

My client, a GLOBAL pharmaceutical company/manufacturer, is seeking a "Director, Commercial / Brand Analytics" Professional!
The main function of this position will be to provide analytic and insights to the TA. The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in either R and/or Python, SQL and has a strong statistical background. Must be very strategic.

Responsibilities
*Ability to perform complex data analysis
*Currently codes in Python
*Perform ROI/impact analysis and Marketing Mix to help business to allocate resources that will gain strong brand potential
* Ability to understand complex financial models and interpret financial analyses
*Experience managing matrixed staff-
*Must have ability to be persuasive
*Analyze data to provide actionable business relevant insights
*Act as a SME regarding input and feedback on information and reporting systems
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, market research, and data science, to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
* Utilize a variety of data sources, including secondary market research, sales data, customer feedback, and online analytics, to inform business decisions.


Requirements:
* BA /BS degree in a quant area / MA preferred
*6 + yrs.' experience working in a PHARMA commercial analytics role using complex data
*2+ years proficient in at least 1 statistical language- Python, SQL and/ or R
*6+ Years of demonstrated success in analysis and modelling
*Must be currently "hands on" and can model-using Python or R
*Extensive experience with IQVIA , SHS, patient claims data and patient longitudinal data
*Exceptional analysis and presentation skills to senior leadership
*Strong knowledge of prescription data, longitudinal patient level data and formulary data
*Ability to routinely demonstrate strong quantitative, data analysis, analytical and complex problem solving skills
