Established Cincinnati, OH company in the B2C space is seeking a Senior Analyst or Analyst to own marketing analytics initiatives around acquisition and retention of customers. You will measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, perform data mining and other analyses, develop insights and strategies and build some predictive models. Use your expertise in full cycle marketing campaign analytics to improve customer satisfaction and company ROI.
Note: candidates MUST have full time business experience in marketing campaign analytics.
Responsibilities of the (Senior) Analyst:
--Use SQL to pull data and perform marketing campaign assessments.
--Build predictive models using SAS or R to target appropriate consumers for acquisition and loyalty initiatives.
--Provide ad-hoc analysis in response to marketing department requests.
--Develop analytically driven insights and strategies to improve marketing campaigns.
--Produce segmentations to understand customer behaviors and preferences.
--Develop reports and visualizations using SQL and Tableau.
Requirements of the (Senior) Analyst:
--Minimum of two years of full time experience in a marketing analytics team.
--Strong experience doing full cycle marketing analytics project work in a CRM system.
--Master's degree in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, predictive analytics, economics or other).
--Familiarity with predictive analysis (linear/logistic regression, decision trees)
--Proficiency coding in SQL and either SAS or R.
--Experience using Tableau to develop visualizations.
--Experience using Google Analytics to analyze and interpret digital data.
--Excellent business instincts.
--Excellent communication skills.
