Title- AD, Enterprise Data Science & AI Operations PHARMA
Location- Greater Boston , MA
Salary $170-180k + bonus + LTI-- (some wiggle room)

My client, Mid-Size Pharma, is seeking an "AD, Enterprise Data Science & AI Operations" GURU!! 

In this position, you will sit at the intersection of advanced analytics, digital product development, and operational transformation — driving measurable impact across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, EH&S, and business operations within the pharmaceutical value chain.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and deploy AI/ML, optimization, and advanced analytics solutions at enterprise scale
  • Lead high-impact operational analytics initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and planning
  • Drive adoption of AI and data science capabilities across the organization
  • Partner with business leaders to solve complex operational challenges

What My Client is Seeking

  • 10+ years of PHARMA experience delivering advanced analytics, AI/ML, or operations research solutions with measurable business impact
  • Strong expertise in Python, SQL, ML frameworks, and cloud-native development (AWS preferred)
  • Experience with optimization tools such as OR-Tools, Gurobi, or Pyomo strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of machine learning, GenAI/LLMs, MLOps, and scalable AI systems
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills
