In this role, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating patient access to new therapies by providing expert statistical guidance and leadership across a range of critical activities.

Responsibilities:
You will be a key member of cross-functional teams, collaborating with colleagues from various departments and geographies to solve complex problems related to patient access, HTA, and RWE. Your ability to translate strategic needs into innovative statistical solutions will be essential.
You will provide technical leadership for data-driven research projects in HTA and reimbursement. Using your expertise in economic modeling, meta-analysis, and observational research, you will develop strategies that improve the global success of our compounds while considering diverse regulatory requirements.
You will stay at the forefront of the field, continuously developing your proficiency in cutting-edge statistical methodologies, particularly those applicable to HTA and observational research. You will be able to justify your methodological choices and apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
You will oversee the work of external statistical vendors, ensuring high-quality data analysis and deliverables. You will also provide valuable input into the organization's outsourcing strategy and processes.
Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in influencing cross-functional team members regarding the most appropriate research methods for achieving project goals.
You will collaborate with colleagues on writing reports and effectively communicating study results through various channels, including payer submissions, publications, presentations, and one-on-one interactions with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will actively participate in scientific meetings and interactions with regulatory agencies and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
Master's or PhD in Statistics, Economics, Outcomes Research, or related fields in Life Sciences.
8-10 years or more experience in HTA, health outcomes research, real-world evidence as well as strong statistical expertise.
Experience in Oncology, Diabetes, Neuroscience, or related therapeutic areas.
Proven experience in Health Technology Assessment within major international markets.
Excellent understanding of statistical theory, methodology, and experimental design.
Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as SAS and/or R.
Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear and concise language for diverse audiences.
Strong project management skills with a focus on timely and accurate delivery.
