Job Description

Title: Actuarial - Health Analytics  
Location:  Remote
Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 + bonus

Job Summary:
Join a leading provider group on their Actuarial Analytics Team , applying advanced analytics and actuarial modeling to improve patient outcomes and guide clinical decision-making. Leverage diverse data sources—claims, EHRs, lab results—to build predictive models, evaluate interventions, and inform strategies in a value-based care setting. Ideal for actuarial candidates with strong statistical programming skills and healthcare experience who want to drive innovation in population health.

Qualifications: 
  • Proficient in SQL, R, Excel, and familiarity with Python or machine learning frameworks a plus.
  • 2 years experience with claims data, CMS datasets, EHRs, and clinical analytics.
  • Strong foundation in predictive modeling, healthcare utilization analysis, and matched cohort design.
  • Ability to communicate findings to both technical and clinical audiences.
  • Passed at least 2–3 actuarial exams (ASA track preferred); candidates progressing toward ASA/FSA encouraged.
  • Experience in value-based care, risk adjustment, or healthcare strategy is strongly preferred.
