Job Description

Title: Actuarial Pricing - Director ( Personal Lines)
Location: Midwest / Hybrid
Salary: 195,000-$260,000 + Bonus

Actuarial Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Actuary to monitor rate adequacy across all lines of business, advise management on pricing proposals, and ensure rates meet target profit provisions. This role involves identifying and implementing process improvements for efficient pricing analyses and developing project plans to meet IT requirements and timelines. Collaborate closely with the Director of Actuarial Analytics to enhance pricing structures, and work with underwriting, claims, and product development teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and project management skills. (ACAS/ FCAS) Python, Guidewire, Radar software knowledge preferred.
