Position: Actuary - Provider Network

Actuarial Summary:
Senior healthcare actuarial professional with expertise in provider contracting, network pricing, and healthcare financial performance. This leadership role partners with provider contracting, finance, and health plan executives to support network strategy, contract negotiations, and performance management initiatives. Responsible for developing pricing models, analyzing network performance drivers, and delivering actionable insights that influence unit cost trends and financial outcomes. Ideal candidates bring strong actuarial, analytical, and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to executive stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Skills & Requirements
• 8+ years of actuarial experience with ASA designation required
• Strong expertise in provider contracting, network pricing, and healthcare economics
• Experience supporting contract negotiations and network strategy development
• Advanced actuarial modeling, financial analysis, and risk assessment capabilities
• Ability to influence senior leaders and present complex findings to executives
• Proven leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
