Job Description

Title- Associate Director, Forecasting-PHARMA
Location- Central NJ--Hybrid 2-3 x week in office (relo if needed)
Salary- $165-170k + bonus

Responsibilities-
*Develop and implement forecast models
*Lead reconciliation of forecasting assumptions between marketing & sales
*Ability to develop partnerships and present to stakeholders/leadership
*Perform detailed analysis to track in-line brand performance vs. forecast

Requirements-
*Bachelor's degree required in Analytics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering
*5+ years of experience performing forecasting, operational / reporting, commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical industry
*Excellent communication skills and can tell the story from the data
