Title: Associate Director Market Insights & Forecasting
Location: Greater Philadelphia Area (on-site 4 days per week)
Compensation: $150-190k + bonus, RSU, relocation + paid healthcare

Interested in working for a cutting edge biopharmaceutical company who has made major strides within Oncology? We are looking for a new AD level who is focused in both market research and forecasting across a portfolio of in line Oncology products. 

A new hire to be the 3rd member of a team who does it all, this is a great opportunity to work on a highly visible team who's making an impact in the organization. 

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead primary and secondary market research projects 
  • Oversee generation of market insights 
  • Collect, analyze and synthesize existing market information to provide insights on the market and competitors 
  • Establish and mange tracking studies 
  • Develop and maintain market forecasts 
  • Present findings to senior leadership 
  • Work across stakeholders in marketing, sales, market access and medical affairs 
What makes you qualified:
  • Minimum 7 years experience within research & forecasting for the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry 
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of managing qualitative and quantitative primary research
  • Experience with advanced forecasting techniques and statistical modeling
