Title: Category Insight Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL
Salary: $100-110,000 base + bonus

An established private equity firm is looking for a skilled Category Insight Analyst to join their growing team. You will be working across numerous large brands with a dedicated strategic marketing team to uncover important business insights. If insights and consumer behavior is something you are passionate about this may be the role for you!

Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes category insights and customer support based on retail specific objectives & sales goals.
- Identifies opportunities for and executes against third party research needs to grow brand understanding internally and with customers.
- Provides retailer specific recommendations to assortment and strategy.
- Analytical and able to convert data to strategic business insights.

Requirements:
- 2+ years in Market Research industry or Category Management
- Familiarity with POS and Receipt capture data
- CPG experience required
- Comfort presenting findings to C-suite
- Full time in office position (5 days in office)
