Our client is a dynamic organization whose mission is to save lives thru high impact research, clinical processes and systems technology. In this role you will document system requirements, test and support user implementation, and recommend product enhancements that support breast cancer care and clinical trials.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct systems testing and quality assurance, develop test scripts, testing and documenting bugs, coordinate testing and acceptance, as well as communicate results and track updates.
-Recommend product enhancements, cost benefits analysis and requirements for RFIs.
-Partner with key stakeholders to understand and document system requirements.
-Manage post-implementation user change requests.
-Coordinate user implementation of IT products, including user acceptance testing, training, workflow implementation, SOP development, timeline management, and communication plan.
-Provide information on product release updates, functionality restrictions, upcoming roadmap, implementation timelines.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
-3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry required. Oncology experience preferred.
-Experience in writing reports and details test plans, creating functional test scripts, supporting Regulatory System development, and preparing planning documents.
-Experience writing test cases and Functional SOP's in a regulated Pharma/Medical environment.
-Experience with HIPAA Regulatory Compliance a plus.
-Experience with MS Office and familiarity with JIRA a plus.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
