Our client is a dynamic healthcare organization whose goal is to integrate clinical research and patient care to save lives. In this role you will provide support for clinical trials data quality assessment, data standards, analysis scripts and reports, data structure issues, information flow, data transfers and more while working closely with cross-functional teams. You will oversee QA of clinical trials and biomarker results, implementation of analysis workflows, and communicating the analysis with a broad team.
-Provide meta-data requirements regarding sample selection, quality assurance criteria, statistical methodology, normalization, and more during data interpretation.
-Address discrepancies and discordance and the finalized data used in analysis.
-Support management of data analysis archive adequately to insure all aspects are complete.
-Validate and implement software tools and applications for use by data analysis and assay specialist personnel.
-Perform Extract Transformation and Load (ETL) processes from the data analysis repository.
-Capture requirements and generate use case studies for assay quality assurance using programming languages and software tools.
-Maintain library of programming scripts, intermediary data objects for analysis, and status of data sets.
-Distribute all necessary documents to stakeholders on the progress of the trial data, completeness, and other aspects of data QA that are pre-defined.
-Establish timelines, manage resources and plan the execution of data pre-processing and result delivery for trials and R&D experiments.
-Work with Assay Specialists and Biostatisticians regarding various assay quality assurance reports.
-Advise on the quality of analysis reports and adhere to standards for data analysis formats.
-Address issues regarding data validation and data verification that enters the data repository from assay cores.
-Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Biostatistics or related quantitative field.
-3 to 5 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry required.
-Experience with clinical trial data management and analysis, programming, HPC/Data Science/CI applications and tools.
-Experience working in a computing environment encompassing HPC and data science infrastructure.
-Experience with statistical approaches and hypothesis driven analysis.
-Experience with report writing and grant proposals.
-Experience in SAS or R and SQL server.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to communicate technical information to various audiences.
