Job Description

Title: Consumer Insights Project Manager
Location: Northeast New Jersey
Compensation: $75,000-80,000 + bonus

We are looking for a new Consumer Insights Project Manager for a Global Product and Consumer Research Company with an office in Northeast New Jersey. If you're local and commutable, have worked in a project management capacity for a research firm and are interested in exploring further, we'd love to connect with you!

What you'll be doing:
- Mentor junior project managers
- Lead projects both domestically and globally
- Track project performance (scope, timelines, quality +)
- Boost project efficiency
- Serve as main point of contact for project based inquiries and concerns
- Update and inform stakeholders on project progress/outcomes
- Lead review sessions post completion to strategize on improvements and opportunity areas

What makes you qualified:
- Proven experience working within a market research or marketing agency
- Experience budgeting, scheduling, and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven people management capabilities
- Experience working within the CPG industry
