About the Opportunity
A leading insights and strategy consultancy is seeking a Presentation & Insights Design Specialist to support its research and consulting teams.
This is a newly created role designed to elevate how insights are communicated, ensuring that complex findings are translated into clear, compelling, and visually engaging deliverables.
As timelines continue to accelerate, this role will play a critical part in enabling consultants to stay focused on insight generation and strategic thinking, while ensuring outputs meet a high standard of clarity and quality.
What You’ll Do
- Transform finalized research outputs into polished, client-ready PowerPoint presentations
- Create infographics, visual summaries, and storytelling frameworks that simplify complex ideas
- Design and maintain presentation templates and reporting structures for consistency and efficiency
- Build charts, graphs, and data visualizations that clearly communicate key findings
- Partner with consulting teams to understand core messages and ensure deliverables reflect the intended narrative
- Develop repeatable systems and templates to streamline reporting and reduce turnaround time
- Serve as an internal resource to enhance the quality, clarity, and efficiency of deliverables across projects

- A design-forward role focused on visual storytelling and insights communication
- An internal partner to research and consulting teams
- A key contributor to improving speed and quality of deliverables
This role is NOT:
- Responsible for core data analysis or research design
- A client-facing consulting position
- Purely aesthetic or “make it pretty” design work
Who You Are
- Experienced in presentation design, visual storytelling, or insights reporting
- Strong ability to translate structured content into clear, engaging, and visually compelling outputs
- Skilled in creating infographics, charts, and data-driven visuals
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity
- Comfortable working with data outputs without needing to perform analysis
- Collaborative and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Passionate about improving how insights are communicated, not just how they look
Nice to Have
- Experience in a market research, insights, or consulting environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Tableau, or other visualization platforms
- Experience building presentation templates or reporting systems
- Interest in how AI and automation are shaping insights delivery
