The Decision Analytics Manager will be overseeing the analytics and modeling activity for the small business commercial leasing portfolio. The individual will be expected to manage all daily activities related to data supply chain/warehousing, the model lifecycle, application technology and processes, and monitoring/reporting to support data-driven decision-making. The Decision Analytics Manager will be expected to manage new account originations, monitor KPI's, and report/present on all analysis across the enterprise. The incumbent will work with small ticket commercial lease P&L drivers, analyze the credit strategy performance and test/implement tools and systems to enhance the company's future and increase profitability. You will also be expected to spearhead engagements with commercial credit scoring bureaus (i.e. - D&B, FICO, Experian etc). This individual will be relied upon as a subject matter expert in commercial credit scoring and decision rule processes.

Requirements for Decision Analytics Manager Include:

- Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline (i.e. - Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics etc)
- Must have at least 10 years of overall financial services/credit analytics experience with five (5) or more years of commercial finance experience
- Must have two (2) or more years' experience managing a team of Direct Reports
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAS, SQL, Tableau and other commercial credit management tools
- Strong familiarity interpreting and analyzing credit bureau data for commercial credit scoring (FICO, D&B, Experianetc.)
- Strong working knowledge of forecasting, reporting, and credit analytics techniques
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Strong consultative mindset and approach to accurately present to senior leaders and executives
- Small business/ticket Commercial Leasing/Equipment Financing experience a huge plus!!
