My client, Global BioPharma Company, is seeking a "Director, Decision Science Media Analytics" Professional!


In this role you will be responsible refining the Pharma Company's media strategies, audience targeting and understanding the agency's recommendations through analytical support as back up.


Responsibilities-
*Campaign Audience Measurement
--

Lead analytics for paid/organic media, web, and targeted HCP campaigns
--.
Employ audience segmentation and data analysis to pinpoint and engage key audiences for pharmaceutical products, including analyzing creative elements.

Agency Oversight:

--Assess agency recommendations to ensure they meet brand media objectives.
--
Identify opportunities to enhance agency partnerships and drive performance.

--Provide data-driven feedback to optimize media plans and strategies.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:
--
Partner with internal media teams, brand teams, and external agencies to align media strategies with business goals.
Integrate analytics-driven insights into media planning and decision-making.


Media Expertise
--:
Exhibit proficiency in media measurement across various channels including TV, digital, print, and SEO.


Team Leadership:
--
Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of media analytics professionals, including onshore and offshore support.



Requirements:
--
Masters degree with 8 years of experience in analytics, operations, or pharma,

-- 4 years of experience in people management or leadership in teams, projects, or resource allocation.
--Experience in marketing strategy and execution, particularly in media promotional strategies for healthcare professionals and consumers.

--Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility at all organizational levels
--.
Deep understanding of media measurement methodologies and technology.
--Previous media agency experience preferred.
