Job Description

Title- Director, Commercial Forecasting Oncology-PHARMA
Salary-$210-230k + Bonus +LTI + relo (provided if needed)
Location- Greater LA , CA (hybrid)

My client, a Global Pharma Company, is seeking a "Director, Commercial Forecasting-PHARMA" Professional!!

This position is an intricate partner in the Commercial business of this premier Pharma company.-

Responsibilities
*driving business success
*influencing business at SVP /VP level
*Oversee FTE of 4 and a team of external consultants, manage and mentor
* Prepare and present forecast updates that address business issues
*Develop actionable strategies to increase revenue
*Create and deliver presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements
*BA degree- advanced degree is desired
*10+ years of Pharma Commercial Forecasting experience (consulting & industry)
*4+ years of management experience
*Proven experience of best practices and new innovative methodologies for the business
*Must be in the office 2-3x week
