My client, a boutique Pharma Commercial Analytics consulting firm, is seeking a "MDM Commercial Leader-PHARMA" Professional!
This leadership role will focus on developing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and enhancing our internal capabilities. Your deep expertise in pharmaceutical data management, especially with industry-standard datasets and modern data platforms, will be critical in shaping strategic solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of MDM strategies, leveraging datasets like IQVIA and Symphony, with experience in US and global data landscapes. Guide pharma Data Warehouse and Data Lake projects, with hands-on expertise in Reltio and AWS-native services. Ensure robust data quality and transformation processes, including integrations using MuleSoft.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients. Collaborate to design custom data solutions and oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and regulations. Provide strategic insights on market opportunities and new technologies, and share your knowledge across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial data management or consulting.
- Expertise in pharmaceutical data sources, compliance, and industry regulations.
- Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams and complex projects.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on growth and profitability.
