Responsibilities:
Lead the development of clinical plans, innovative protocol designs, and statistical analysis plans
Provide statistical leadership and technical direction for clinical projects
Lead projects independently and apply technical expertise to influence business decisions
Communicate study results via regulatory submissions, manuscripts, or presentations
Respond to regulatory queries and interact with regulators

Requirements:
Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics required
8-10 years' experience in clinical research and development
Experience with clinical trials and drug development
Experience with experimental design and statistical analysis, as well as statistical programming in SAS, R, etc.
Experience with regulatory submissions and statistical research
Experience providing statistical leadership and technical expertise to influence business decisions
