Our client, a global biopharma, is seeking a Health Economics and Outcomes Research professional to develop and implement HEOR strategies that support products and pipeline compounds. In this hands on role you will deliver HEOR studies to support the company's drug products.

Responsibilities:
Design studies to support the value of drug products.
Conduct observational studies, real world database analysis, and PRO analysis of clinical trial datasets, cost effectiveness and budget impact models.
Implement HEOR strategies and identify HEOR evidence requirements.
Support epidemiology studies to better understand disease, market size, and unmet medical need.
Provide recommendations to clinical development programs such as identifying appropriate target patient populations, comparators and study end-points.
Execute research initiatives with US organizations, including managed care, PBMs, pharmacy, patient groups, and various health care policy makers.
Develop and validate PRO endpoints for inclusion in clinical studies as well as provide oversight in the development of PRO measures.
Stay abreast of HEOR industry trends and regulatory issues.
Analyze conclusions from HEOR studies and deliver presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support managed markets initiatives.
Evaluate HTA decisions and develop submissions to agencies to secure reimbursement requirements.

Requirements:
Master's degree/PhD/PharmD or similar in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Economics or related field.
10+ years of Health Economics and Outcomes Research experience within a pharma or biotech setting. Experience in Oncology or Rare Diseases a plus.
Knowledge of the drug development & commercialization process, HTA assessment methodologies, global reimbursement, US payers and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills.
